Wanderoft Marketplace Terms

Grow with us is where a Wanderoft partner can tell its story further: a package, Wanderoft Reels, a spot in our printed brochure, or a campaign built around you. These terms cover those purchases. They sit beside your Partner Agreement, which still covers your listing and your Wanderoft rate. Nothing you buy here changes your Wanderoft rate, and your rate never depends on buying anything here.

1. Who can buy, and how you pay

• Packages, Reels and brochure spots are open once your business is live on Wanderoft, including perk partners. A consultation is open from the day you create your account.
• Bank or card, same price. Everything in Grow with us, packages included, can be paid from your connected bank account, once its $1 check has cleared, or by card through Stripe's secure checkout. You do not need a bank account connected to pay by card. Wanderoft covers the card fee.
• Packages are paid once. They never renew on their own.
• Before every purchase, the portal shows the price, any credit applied, the amount you will pay and how. Tapping Pay, Join or Buy authorizes that one payment, and nothing more.
• Card payments are confirmed straight away, and a package paid by card is yours the moment it goes through.
• Bank payments take about 4 business days to settle. Your purchase shows as Processing and holds your place meanwhile. If the payment does not go through, the purchase is released, any credit you used comes back, and we email you.
• Prices include everything we charge. Your bank may add its own fees.

2. Packages: Explorer and Premier

• Paid once, never renewed. You pay for a package one time. It does not renew, and we never take another payment for it. When you want more, you buy again.
• Yours for 12 months. Everything in a package is yours from the day you buy it until the same date a year later.
• Buy again any time, and it stacks. You can buy another Explorer or Premier whenever you like, even while one is running. Each purchase adds its own credits, visits and features, each with its own 12 months. We always use your oldest first, so nothing goes to waste.
• Use it within its 12 months. Credits, filming visits and features do not carry past their date. If anything is about to reach its date, we email you 30 days before.
• Our promise if runs are thin. If we do not open a single brochure run in those 12 months that your credits could be used on, your unused brochure credits get 12 more months, once.
• No refunds on packages once bought, except where these terms say otherwise.
• If your bank sends the payment back, we take that package's credits, visits and features back out (anything you already used stays used), return any Wanderoft credit you put toward it, and email you. We do not try the payment again.

Brochure credits

• One credit is one brochure in a run your business appears in. Credits come in blocks of 5,000.
• Use them on any run size, in any combination. 20,000 credits can be four runs of 5,000, one run of 20,000, or one of 10,000 and two of 5,000.
• A spot uses as many of your credits as it can, up to the size of the run.
• Short on credits? You pay the difference between the spot prices. With 5,000 credits left, a spot on a 10,000 run costs $100 (the $300 spot price, less the $200 your 5,000 credits are worth).

Filming visits and newsletter features

• Each filming visit makes 2 Wanderoft Reels. Package filming visits are at least 3 months apart, so your reels stay fresh.
• Our newsletter goes to Wanderoft members, locals and visitors alike, twice a month. We place your features for you, timed to land within 30 days of your brochure run or your reels, so everything tells one story. You can move a feature to a later issue with space, up to 7 days before it sends. Any feature you have not used 60 days before it reaches its date, we place for you before then. Paid features are marked as sponsored in the newsletter, so readers always know.

3. Wanderoft Reels

• What you get: we come to your business, film it the way our members see it, and post on @wander.oft as an Instagram Collab, so it lands on your feed too. The raw files are yours to keep.
• Price on its own: 1 reel for $150, or 2 reels for $250. Either way it is one filming visit.
• When: you choose a filming month with space when you book. We take a limited number of visits each month so every one gets our full attention, and we contact you to set the day. Your first reel goes live within 14 days of filming, and a second follows about two weeks later.
• Clearly labeled. Because you pay for Reels, every one is posted with Instagram's Paid partnership label and a clear note in the caption. This is the law, and it is also how members keep trusting what we post.
• Your part: be open on the agreed day, and tell us anything we should not show (guests, staff who would rather not be filmed, recipes you keep private). Tell us if a claim we plan to make about your business is not accurate.
• Rights: you let us use the footage on Wanderoft's channels, website and printed materials while you are a partner, and keep any reel already posted after you leave. You own the raw files we give you and can use them however you like.
• If we cannot film: if we miss your filming month, you choose the next open month or a full refund (or, for a package visit, the visit back).
• Cancelling: full refund until we have set your filming day. Once we have filmed, the purchase is final.

4. Brochure spots

• What you get: a listing in a printed Wanderoft brochure, handed to guests one by one at the front desks, concierge desks and tour desks of our distribution partners. Never left in a rack.
• Your listing: your business name, your tagline, and one offer: the cash back Wanderoft promotes you at ("Get up to X% cash back"), or your perk if you are a perk partner. Your tagline can be up to 45 characters. You see exactly how it will look in print before you claim a spot, and you can change your tagline until 7 days after the go or no go date. We read every listing before print.
• Price by run size: 5,000 brochures $200, 10,000 $300, 15,000 $450, 20,000 $550. Package holders can pay with credits.
• How runs work: distribution partners request runs at least 3 months ahead. Each run shows its partner, its dates and how many spots are left.
• Go or no go: every run needs at least 5 businesses. 42 days before distribution starts, we decide. If fewer than 5 have joined, or we cancel a run for any other reason, you get back exactly what you paid with: money to your account or card, credits to your package, credit to your account.
• Three sections, so you are not lost in a crowd: Eat and drink (up to 7), Shop (up to 6, retail and local art) and Do (up to 6, experiences and services, with at most 3 services). When your section is full, it is full. We may place a business in the section that best fits how guests enjoy it.
• Honor what is printed. By claiming a spot, you agree to keep the cash back and any perk in your printed listing running for the whole run, even if you change them in the app. Guests carry that brochure for days and trust what it says. For the run's dates, this promise comes before the 14-day change rule in your Partner Agreement.
• Counting: each run carries its own QR code so we can see how guests use it. After the run, we share what it did for you: how many guests joined Wanderoft through its code and, through Wanderoft Link, how many of them visited you and what they spent. Brochure counts are reported as printed. Reach is an estimate, never a promise.
• Cancelling: full refund (or your credits back) until the go or no go date. After that, the brochure goes to print with you in it.

5. Bespoke campaigns

• Consultation: $250. We meet, learn your story, and shape a campaign around it: tastings, pop-ups, sampling, events.
• Credited in full if you go ahead with a campaign we propose.
• Campaigns are quoted and agreed in writing, one by one. Each quote says what we will do, when, and what it costs.

6. Founding Partner Credit

• When we approve your business, we add a $50 credit to your account to spend on anything in Grow with us, including a package. Partners who joined before this credit existed receive it too.
• Use it within 60 days of receiving it. One per business.
• It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and is not refunded if you leave.
• If something you bought with it is cancelled, the credit comes back with a fresh 60 days.

6a. Carried-over credits

Some businesses paid for marketing with Wanderoft before Grow with us existed, and not all of it reached them yet. We kept every promise: whatever is still owed now waits on your account as brochure credits or filming visits.

• Where to find them: in Grow with us, once you claim your business.
• How they work: exactly like package credits and visits (sections 2 to 4), without needing a package. Filming visits are at least 3 months apart.
• Use them by October 29, 2027. We remind you before then.
• They have no cash value and are not refunded if you leave. If a run they paid for is cancelled, they come back to you.

7. Your $1 bank check

When you submit your business, we debit $1 once from the account you connected, to make sure your bank accepts our payments. It comes back as a $1 credit on your first statement. If we do not approve your business, we refund the $1. It is separate from your Founding Partner Credit.

8. What we promise, and what we do not

We promise to do the work described here, on the dates we agree, with care. We do not promise a number of visits, followers, sales or impressions. Results depend on the season, your business and your guests. If something goes wrong on our side, the most we owe you for any purchase is what you paid for it.

9. Refunds

Money refunds go back to the account or card you paid from, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Credits come back to your account right away.

10. Changes

We may change prices and products for future purchases. A change never applies to something you already bought.

11. The legal part

These terms form part of your Partner Agreement for anything you buy in Grow with us. Georgia law applies, and disputes are handled as your Partner Agreement explains.
